Hello! I am sure you have heard from Leroy and Mary regarding the sale of Inner Harbor Lodge. I am extremely excited to introduce myself and my partner in this new and awesome adventure. We and our families are anxious to be living out our dream of running Inner Harbor Lodge. My name is Tim Schwartz. I am a flatlander from Minnesota and have been running a charter business in Sitka, Alaska since 1993. Prior to the charter business, I served for 22 years in the US Coast Guard. My partner, Tom Leider, shares this dream of running a lodge in Alaska. He is a great friend and the only person I would partner up with in this adventure. Tom has owned his own business building custom homes in Duluth, MN for 25 years. He brings great expertise to the running of a successful business. We want to give YOU the best fishing experience ever! Our goal is for YOU to have the time of your life with us. We strive to make you feel like one of the family when you stay and fish with us. We assure you that you will not be disappointed in your adventure in Elfin Cove. A few details as we change things over… We DO NOT plan on any major changes this year. Our goal is to improve on what Leroy and Mary have done- if that is possible! We will be bringing our custom built 32’ aluminum boats from Sitka to Elfin Cove. They are similar to those boats that you have fished on but are newer and have fast, quiet outboards. We are hopeful that those who have reserved an opening for the 2008 year through Leroy and Mary will continue with those plans. Nearly all of my past clients from Sitka are following our dream to Elfin Cove with new bookings. That shows a little bit of the trustworthiness and dedication my clients have received in the past. Tom and I are anxious to share that with our new clients as well. The 2007 prices will remain in effect for those who are already booked for the upcoming year. The deposit and final payment requirements will remain the same. We do ask that if you are not able to commit to the booking for 2008 that you let us know as soon as possible so we can proceed with the bookings that are waiting. Those with 2008 dates already reserved, please note that there will be some minor adjustments to the fishing dates to better accommodate the float plane schedule. We will do OUR BEST to accommodate all. We appreciate your patience while we update the website and make the transition.
